Ryan Polson
SENIOR Associate
Ryan graduated from Springfield College with a BS in Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration. A native of Wilton NH, Ryan joined Standard Power in late 2014. Prior to Standard Power, Ryan interned and worked for Special Olympics NH. In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing in volleyball and soccer leagues. He resides in Raymond NH with his wife Kathryn and dog Sophie.
Devon Atwell
Senior Analyst
Devon joined Standard Power in the Summer of 2022. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2021 with a BS in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability and a minor in Renewable Energies before moving to Boston. He enjoys spending his free time skiing, skateboarding and rock climbing.
MELINÉ ALMASIAN
Senior Analyst
Mel joined Standard Power in the Summer of 2023. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability in 2023. She ran Track and Field for UNH and continues to run on her own in her hometown Westford Massachusetts. Mel enjoys spending her free time hammocking, spending time outdoors, or learning new recipes.
Jonathan Slaven
Advisor
Jonathan joined Standard Power in the summer of 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science and earned a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University in 2016. Jonathan serves on the Planning Board for the town of East Kingston, New Hampshire. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music and hiking with his wife and son.

Ian Clark is the Founder and CEO of Dichotomy Power LLC. Mr. Clark has over a decade of power-market experience ranging from project finance, operations, project engineering, to M&A. Mr. Clark leads all business development operations and oversees all staff.
